Jaipur Metro is a rapid transit system under
construction in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Construction of
the first part of the first line, comprising 9.2 kilometres (5.7 mi)
from Mansarovar to Chandpole Bazaar, started on November 13, 2010.
The Jaipur Metro Rail system is expected to be India's fifth metro rail
syste.
