Dynamic Tower (An upcoming Rotating Building in Dubai) will be of 1378 feet and every floor of the building will rotate up to 6 meters per minute. With the budget of $ 330 million, the hotel will be among the most expensive carousel. The skyscraper was expected to be completed in 2011, but the construction is not started till now. David Fisher is the architect of the incredible design and the interesting thing about the man is that he has not made these types of building before.
